you might remember that 1/11 = .0909...
then you can quickly write what 2/11, 3/11, etc. is
just multiply the numerator by 9
2 * 9 = 18, so 2/9 = .1818...
5*9=45, so 5/9 = .4545...

add two zeros to the five (5.00)
its five but it looks like 500 which is easier to be divided by 11.
after you run outta zeros add some more: 5.00-->5.000
after getting 45 a couple of times u can figure its .4545 continuous
EDIT: as for the guy above me, you have to put a bar above the last 4 AND 5
