The Addams Family - the Munsters was too dumb - like ordinary people never noticed the little boy was kind of strange looking and Herman worked a regular job. At least in the Addams Family, Gomez didn't have to work because he was wealthy and the kids looked normal, but obviously weren't. Lurch the Butler was the coolest one of the whole bunch though.

Depends on your age. When I was a kid I saw the Munsters reruns and loved them and did not like Adams Family; when I got older I understood the Adams Family more and found Munsters too silly.

Personally, the Munster's were so much more interesting as characters -- especially the way they tried to fit in and socialize!
