I'm gonna be renting a few tomorrow and have a marathon with a few friends. Any suggestions?
All suggestions are welcome, but we are especially fond of vampire movies.

If you like vampire flicks, rent "Near Dark". It's about modern day vampires cruising around the South in an RV, wreaking major havoc. Bill Paxton is in this and has some great dialogue, especially during the scene at the bar. For a cool non-vampire film (directed by Bill Paxton), rent Frailty. It's a weird flick about a man (played by Paxton) who tells his sons that God told him they have to kill demons on Earth in preparation for his return, but the demons look just like normal people. It's pretty wild.
Also, another vampire movie you might like is "From Dusk 'Til Dawn". It's funny, not so scary.

Interview with the Vampire is good... not so much for the horror thing though. Saw makes the horror genre. The first one, the second saw kinda blows. The Hills Have Eyes is great. As is Texas Chainsaw Massacre. Silent Hill is a great one also.

its been along time since i was creeped out but The Omen sure did it for me. lol the movie SE7EN is good too. and i havent seen alot of vampire movies. but i did enjoy watching Interview With a Vampire.

i don't know about horror movies but for vampire movies id go for Salem's lot and the underworld movies

Dont watch the Omen, it wasnt scary,I would say Scary movie 4!

i like ghost ship, 13 ghosts, Texas chainsaw massacre, Halloween (of course i had to say that one lol, Night mare on elm street (one of my all time favs).. White noise... oh and what lies beneath was kinda spooky!!

Depends on how your stomach can take it but the most gruesome one I've seen recently is HOSTEL.
