So far it's Lionel James @ 5'6"
Current play tieing is Darren Sproles, but Darren weights a bit more (10ish lbs). Oddly enough, they both played/play for the Chargers.
and that earl guy is 5'5" but plays in the NBA

My guess is Gerald "ice cube" McNeil. He was a punt returner for the the Houston Oilers and Cleveland Browns. He was 5'7" and 145lbs.
