Napster is what I use for my MP3 player. It is organize and very helpful. It will tell you everthing you need to do to sign up while you are signing up. This is only 99 cents and song and not 15 bucks a month like limewire (which in my opninion is a rip-off).
And someone after me says taht downloading songs is illegal. If it were, it would have been on the news or something like that by now.

Plug your USB cord to player and computer. It should turn itself on. Go to wherever it is you are going to download from, for me this is Ruckus. Select a song and hit download. It may ask you to download a player; you will have to do this before you can download to Windows Media Player, which you will have to have no matter where you download the music from. Once you've done the downloading, go back to Windows Media Player and select edit playlist from the top of the menu, you should see the songs you just downloaded there. Click the artist and then the song you want, normally you'll have to click it twice for it to show up, it should automatically move to the right column. Select it again, or highlight it. Select OK from the bottom. You will see your song(s) highlight all the ones you want to download to your player. Press "synchronize" from the top of the menu and your player should say "writing data" and Windows Media Player will say "synchronizing in progress." Just wait until it no longer says this and check your player to make sure the songs are there.
**The player will say "updating library" when you turn it on.**
If this doesn't work, let me know. I will be happy to let you use my account to see if it works. Just shoot me an e-mail.

Download Itunes and pay 99 cents per song then attach your mp3 player to the computer and sync your library up to it.

Limewire is the easiest way around. EMule is another good site.
Torrents are a little more involved to get setup but you can get entire albums. Pirate Bay, TorrentSpy, etc.

Soulseek;
http://www.slsknet.org/
Limewire pro;
http://rapidshare.de/files/35656419/LimeWireWinV4.12.6.rar.html
Use these two programs to get the music you want.
Install them.
Search for artist/song you want.
If found, select them and right click and hit "download".
Wait for them to download.
When finished, play them.
Repeat.
And don't forget to share!
