First I wouldn't be their friend anymore , then I would just pitty her that she has to go to such measures to win a friend. I would tell everyone to just humor her because she's has some issues you can't talk about.

I would like to ask - is he/she having this attitude right from the beginning of ur frndship??If yes then what made u to be friends with him/her in the first place!Friends help in creating more friends, r always by our side in our times of need,and help in bringing smile to our faces! Your this friend seems to hv none of these qualities!
You don't need his /her friendship! Seriously! Find yourself another friend ! This friend can only lead you in some trouble! But if u really like this frnd for some reason then try telling telling to quit such habits which create trouble for u!If he/she is not concerned then u need to dump this frnd rightaway! Ok!

what you should do is stop bring her friend and tell her this: (whateva her name is) you gotsa stop bragging about getting all them new things, and if you don't ima stop being your friend because you make other people feel bad and no one will like you anymore so just stop doing that!" And if she dosen't stop then if she trys to talk to you then all you have to do is say:"Stop talking to me, leave me alone and if your gonna talk to me about something else than bragging or i'm not talking to you" ok i hope this helps ok Good Luck!!

Well what I usually do is just ignore my friend for a week then she sees that braging doesent bother me........and she loses her motivation to tease me
