I'm trying to find out where someone lives. I have their name and their state. However, they won't be the name on the bills for the house. Anyway to find out who's listed as living at certain houses?

yes try intelius you can search for anything even the neighbors of the address

not enough info to do a good search, you need a phone # or a street address. place of work, school, something else........
