Hawaii is most expensive.

New York and Hawaii would be the most expensive.
Alabama or Florida (because of zero tax rates) .. would probably be the least expensive. Good Luck ! :)

It is fact that California is the most expensive on the mainland. As for the cheapest, I'm not sure, but I can guarantee you it will be in a cold climate, probably up North somewhere.

I'd think that California is probably most expensive, although I'm guessing that New York is probably pretty expensive too, as well as Florida.

alaska is probably most expensive because they have to ship everything there. Least expensive is one of the carolinas. Dead middle of the road is Ohio.

least expensive: probably arkansas and some of the other southern states. possibly north dakota.

When I think of most expensive, I think California. Least exp. I'm not so sure about.

Hawaii and/or Alaska. Many of the items that can be delivered via trucks have to be flown to these two states.
