you know, i've been wonder that exact came thing, i mean one person on that channel has to be a bad singer but then i remember that they record the songs so i think they fix the voices so they sound better

I know! That is SO frustrating! It's as if you can't possibly be a Disney Channel star without singing as well! Many of them can sing very good though.... They're beautiful, they can act, they're rich, AND they can sing! And I bet lots of them are still miserable... But who knows? Perhaps they really can just sing good after all.....

They can sing but It just depends on you if you like them or not.
I mean I think that Hannah Montana can sing. But I'm not a BIG fan though. I just watch it mainly because of Mitchel Musso.

They can't, Disney just has millions of dollars worth of equipment just to make them sound good. They just plug a random person in and that person has instant, but fake, talent.

Most likley because the people who are in charge of hiring, firing and creating the shows specifically look for those with that certain "talent", as well as others.

They take voice lessons. Anybody can learn to hold pitch.After that it's just a matter of finding a decent sound man to mix it into something that sounds agreeable.

Maybe they do it with machines or maybe they will only hire you if you can sing.
