When I look at green plants or the color green, my eyes feel relaxed and it's less blurry. Does that happen to you?

When my eyes are strained from being on the computer or watching tv, I look at the green plants, grass, trees, anything green, and afterwards my eyes feel relaxed and my vision is clearer than it was before.

well i guess yes bcz thas wht they use to help the horses when they race and get tired its like a medicine to them

I know that the color "green" is a healing color. So yes, that may be why you feel relaxed when looking at green objects.

I have heard that certain colors are "easier" on the eyes than others, but I haven't heard of any explaination.

Using computers puts a strain on your eyes. However, there are things that you can do to reduce this strain. You can read these articles:

all of the colors mesh together... it's cool... I like staring out at grass and trees and stuff...
