your mother really loves you! that's so sweet! i have my kids ornaments on the tree, too. But that's not odd compared to what tops the tree. Every year we put a black santa hat that says "bah humbug" on the top of the tree. our first christmas together we couldn't afford ornaments, we had to make due with what we had, which wasn't much. Neither one of us had a star to top the tree. I couldn't stand sitting there starring at a bare top of the tree. We had this hat sitting on the counter for days, so I stuck it up there to hide the top. Ever since that year when I take it out of the box I just have to put it on top of the tree for memories sake! I don't even think we own a star or an angle or anything like that...just this old black hat that says bah humbug....

those final 2 years we've had a Scottish Santa on the tree, finished with bagpipes and a kilt! he's one in all my admired adorns. maximum of our older adorns are breaking and the products have been lost, yet we nevertheless specially circumstances positioned them on. We had a Santa in a carriage ornament. Santa develop into lacking the two his legs and the carriage develop into lacking between the wheels. We at last found the wheel, yet he remains lacking his legs. This I evaluate between the cuter issues, this massive purple ball of clay with like "mom" written on it. My older brother made it for her while he develop into very youthful and she or he treasures it. She did no longer positioned it on the tree this twelve months, yet in years previous while she has it continually has to bypass on the backside branches - it weighs plenty! In previous years, we've additionally had 3 Pikachu adorns on the tree. My brothers and that i enjoyed Pokemon as quickly as we've been youthful and our father and mom gave each and each individuals a Pikachu ornament. in addition they ought to bypass on the backside branches as a results of fact they're fairly heavy. we could additionally continually positioned them in the front of the tree the place they could be seen, so it develop into somewhat form of humorous, seeing this little mob of Pikachus on the tree!
