As many have already said.... the eyes!!
And his smile... not the in-your-face-plastered-on-his face-yearbook kind of smile, but the small, smirk-like smile when he's making a joke or teasing / flirting with you.
It's also the little, subtle things that count. For example, if a guy I'm attracted runs his hands through his hair and accidentally makes it messy, I find that incredibly sexy.
And although these aren't physical characteristics, they still count... intelligence, the ability to hold a conversation, and HUMOR are all very, very appealing in a man.

I find the abdomen area sexy - that cut between the stomach and the waist is sooo sexy! Sounds crazy but it's true...

eyes. They have to be deep and pretty. The color has to be like hott so you can look into their eyes and not get bored.

their eyes... you know, when they have that look in their eyes that they want to undress you. also, a hot body isn't bad at all. the way they talk... i know this guy, I SWEAR, he could make you come just by talking to him.
