first of all, from a philosophical standpoint, nothing is irrifutable. i'm not sure if that is spelled right, but i copied your spelling.
second, i would need more background info to know why people deny it. wait, is that the question you are asking? no, can't be, because you say anyone that denies it looks like an idiot, so you can't know both sides of the story yet. i guess i'll see how other people answer.
