did I forget to mention he flirts with every girls hes sees but he only wears my stuff and I am the only one he asked to dance with. yess I know this for a fact.

he might like you by trying hard to be noticed. and his flirting with other girls might be a thing he does to make you jealous...
but if his behavior starts to bug you... don't hesitate to turn him down for real. he sounds a bit creepy to me.

he's probably really desperate for you to go out with him. or, he's a total stalker. i have a pain in the butt like that. next time that he asks you do dance or go out with him and you think he's being sarcastic, say,"sure! and after that, we can go watch paint dry!!!" really peppy-ish.
