As many of the other girls, I would recommend MAC's eyeshadows, this brand is famous for its varieties and smoky eyes look. If you are doing some classic smoky eyes, you will need a black one to do the smudging, I would recommend MAC's Black Tied, you are gonna love it, it's black with a little blue glitters (very fabulous), then you can add on other colors to have your signature look.

I'm in Vancouver Canada. We have MAC here too and it is an excellent product. But we also have a line called Make-up Forever. They by far have the best pigmentation. You can buy both compressed or loose. The loose is absolutely amazing. This line was created by a french make-up artist named Dani.

any kind of BLACK (not grey) eyeshadow should work fine, use an angle brush and put it on like eyeliner. Now, take a grey shadow over your lid, blend it in with a eyeshadow brush. This works with almost any clours, Purples and Blues look good as well. Just go for deep, not light colours.

I'll answer this the way I always do...... eye shadow really looks best when it's natural - that means different colors of beige.... Don't worry so much about eye color...... concern yourself more with skin..... just remember that eye color you see in magazines and tv are applied by pros...... using natural different shades of beige look good on everyone.....and look natural....nothing looks worse than unprofessionally applied colored eye shadow.......
