Do i really nead a registry cleaner,and if so what are some good ones to use(free if possible)

Yes if not cleaned on a regular basis your registry can become the cause of hardware equipment failure. running windows XP? if you are download and install the Windows Live One Care program that will clean it for you or go to http://www.v-com.com and purchase a copy of SystemSuite 6 and use the registry cleaner function of that program.

nope its prolly fine if you don't mess with it. But it makes things faster(sometimes) cleaners can be dangerous and i've had nothing but bad luck and certain things stop working so i dont have one
