I use leave in conditioner. My hair is so thick, before I got 6 inches cut off last month, it would take literally 30 minutes to brush it

When I shampoo, I use shampoo. When I condition my hair, I use conditioner. But when I wash my hair, I use shampoo & conditioner. :-)

yep i didnt use to but then i realized what it did and now i use it all the time shampoo cleans it but it leaves it feeling dry and nasty........the conditioner makes it soft and feels good

no, i have very long hair and it gets sticky if i do it that often.
I use instant conditioner on the ends

Yeah, if I don't, I can't get a comb or brush thru it without ripping it out by the roots.
