Ok so i wear glasses and i have been wearing them for a while but now i have like marks on my nose from the nose pieces. Is their any way to prevent my glasses from doing this?

i have those rectangle glasses with the black plastic like frame . the whole thing is plastic and i dont have the marks on my nose . i used to have these glasses that would do that from the nose pieces then i switched to the ones i have now and i dont have that problem anymore
