If you were kicking the ball correctly and still had weak shots, then lifting weights or strength training might be the only way to improve but chances are you are not. I have played soccer my whole life and I have learned that if you kick the ball correctly, you don't really need to kick it hard to make it go.
When kicking the ball correctly, your ankle is locked with your toe pointing down. That way, when you strike the ball, it will hit "the laces"; or the sweet spot of your foot. Feel your foot; find that sweet spot. The sweet spot is generally located beneath your laces on your boots. You'll find that there is a bone there that if you strike the ball with it, the ball will fly. After you strike the ball, you need to follow through; if you don't follow through, you won't get as much power or get the spin that you wanted. Practice this technique a couple times without the ball; then practice with the ball but at half speed. Make sure you are hitting right. It is hard learn this technique through just reading about it so if it doesn't work after the first couple trys, ask a real coach about this technique; if they actually know how to play, they should know this.

I don't know if you will like my answer, but I'll give it a go.
First and foremost, you must learn HOW to kick the ball. I've been coaching for 10 years and it's a rare youth player that can accurately describe how to properly kick the ball. Read your soccer books. Watch training videos. Spend some money on a pro during the off season who can teach you the correct way to kick. Be careful who you learn from; most coaches are volunteers who are doing their best, but may not be the best at what they are doing.
Second, buy a soccer net and 6 soccer balls. Put the net up at your local unused soccer field. Here's a trick. Set the net up on the posts and crossbar, but secure the back of the net directly to ground below the cross bar. This way it will give a little rebound effect and you won't have to dig the balls out from the back of the net every time. Now, everyday, with both your left foot and your right foot, practice your shots. Focus only on your technique. Without technique you will never achieve your maximum strength or accuracy.
Start with 20 shots from your left and 20 from your right. Each day add 5 shots to each foot. Always focusing on technique.
Learning how to bend the ball is a lesson of its own, but you will apply the same ritual for that skill.
Soccer is not a dead ball game. So, have your Dad, Mom, sister, brother, friend, girlfriend, boyfriend, whomever, kick or roll the ball to you from different directions so that you can practice shots and passes while moving. Get professional training if your serious about this game. It's a great game that becomes poetry in motion when the players skills and strategies begin to excel.
Practice you technique. Practice your technique. Practice your technique. I can coach you all day long for 10 years, but if you don't practice with head, heart, and perserverance, you won't excel. Good luck.

Hitting the weightroom in the off-season and lifting with your lower body and legs would help. You want to strike the ball with your laces. Right where the last couple shoestrings cross. Be sure to keep your body weight moving forward and OVER TOP the ball. Also try some long passing with a partner. Start with some 5-10 yard passing AFTER stretching your muscles. ONLY use the laces when you strike the ball. Work your way back to 25-35 yards passing, keep the ball off the ground, but as close to it as you can. Drive the ball to your partner, no pass over 5 feet high in the air. This will teach you where the sweet spot on your laces is and will add to your power, you have to learn how to drive the ball, not just kick it. Also if you are using the inside of your foot for shooting that is great for accuracy, but using your laces will add more power, but generall not as much accuracy. As far as for the tired thing, just eat more pasta 48 hours before your training sessions.

Okay... If you have any hard wall, like a brick wall, make a 1 foot by 1 foot square.. use your imagination, make the soccerball the corner of a 90 degree angle.. come from a 45 degree angle.. you want to be a few feet from the ball... do a slow jog to the ball, open your hips, plant your foot about 6 inches from the ball, and hit it with your toes pointed down right on the bottom of your laces.. keep your head down over the ball..you want to look like a flamingo.. with your knee right over the ball... also, when you approach the ball, imagine a clock.. with 12 at the top, 6 at the bottom... you want to hit the ball right at 6 o'clock...to help your balance, just stand in that position and swing your leg.. try your best to touch your butt with your leg.. just walk around your yard taking a step and raising your opposite leg and swing.. Good Luck!

Place the ball agaisnt a wall and practising(but only kick the ball lightly at first) to improve your strengh in your ankle & leg, move the ball about half a meter away from the wall after a month and increase your power kicking it, as time go move the ball further from the wall, also you can hold some weight on you(to make your body weight a little heavier) and then do some swat & jumping exercices for your calf muscles. Good luck

Muscles are only a part of strong shots. Form is the majority of it. You need to practice like mad. Here is my shot - its what I eventually did after playing soccer year round for 15 years:
I run up to the ball from about a 45 deg angle, and right as I plant my left foot just to the left of the ball, my body is leaned slightly backwards, and leaned very far to the left. What happens is that my right leg swings at the ball MORE LIKE A GOLF CLUB OR BASEBALL BAT. This way, I maximize my power by utilizing both my quadricepts AND the momentum of my foot. In reality, I am using
momentum, and
muscles in BOTH LEGS (because the left leg transfers the energy of my run to momentum in my foot by pushing off),
my mid-section (because of the twisting of my body) and
my arms (the swing of your arms can help transfer more momentum to your foot by the way you swing them while you kick.
What you end up with is a ball traveling with so much blinding speed that defenders think twice about trying to stop it.

Shot strength is all about foot speed. I'd do some resistance training with my legs, emphasizing a kicking motion. You can do this either with a weight and pulley system or resistance bands.
Make sure your technique is sound. Talk to your coaches (or anyone you respect to critique you) and see if they have any constructive criticism for you.
Remember that the physics of kicking hard is in the velocity of your foot as it meets the ball - make sure you're extending your leg fully as you accelerate through the arc of your swing. Use all of the muscles of your leg, especially your butt and thighs. Keep pushing hard as you strike the ball, and follow through with your swing each and every time.
Your calf muscles move your foot, and are less important to foot velocity than your thigh muscles (which move your shins) and butt muscles (which move your thighs). If you want to isolate your calf muscles, do calf raises to increase strength and jump rope or ride your bicycle to increase endurance, making sure you push with your toes.
You can improve most every aspect of your game with study, concentration, and hard work. Best of luck to you!

No mystery here. YOu don't have much power in your quads, so you need to get into the gym and do some work on the quads- leg extensions. Not every day of course. Check with your coach and see what he says too.
Strength in your quads will make your shots "snappy". In other words your lower leg will snap with more force and power.
