Which sounds better; to get success although failing in academic studies or getting success in academic examinations and failing to get any "success"?

Don't study and you'll fail .... easy huh !

Study and you might find success .. no guarantee, but success is allot easier later in your life. "Stupid is as stupid does" ( Forrest Gump ) OK?
