A little over a month ago, I realized that one of my labia minora had stretched to a little over a centimeter (there was a tiny nodule INSIDE the tip of the labia minora as well). I've always had small labia that "stayed hidden." I went to a clinic the next day and the doctor said it was a cyst ("not cancer") and to sit in a hot bath. He said if it hadn't gone away in 10 days, he would give me antiobiotics (that failing, I'd have to have it cut out). It was there 10 days later so I went back but got a different doctor. SHE told me that I looked completely normal down there (aside from the fact that it had suddenly stretched overnight).
It's still there one month later and because it sort of protrudes from the labia majora, it gets sore sometimes. I don't know if it's a cyst because it doesn't look like a pimple or anything, just stretchy skin. The tiny lump could be a lymph node? Could my skin have just stretched? From constant friction/irritation maybe?
P.S. I'm 21 and a virgin.

Is it possible for a Bartholin cyst to stretch skin out permanently (especially since it's been over a month)? Because it literally looks as though it's just a long labia (and the 2nd doctor said it was normal for a girl to have long labia, which I know now to be true, but to suddenly have a labia just... get longer like I'd put weights on it)...

The skin on my labia minora looks long, purplish, and wrinkly (stretched, I suppose) with a tiiiiiny little nodule at the tip, not firm and rounded like one might expect from a cyst (my dog had one for a year on her back and it just looked like a big pimple).
