Yes us & world new of philadelphia police says the 14 year old boy is in custody is already implicated in half a dozen attacks in philly, He attacks teenage girls and women up to the age of 32 years, the police used his DNA to see if it matche evidence from another sexual assaults.And it did.

If a 14 year old is trying to take sex by force...He needs some guidance. If he is thinking about rape or murder...He needs to be grounded from EVERYTHING until he figures out that this mode of thinking is not acceptable....In answer to your question......I certainly hope not.
