For me its a case of what if and regrets, i have done something things that i wouldn't do again and i am not proud of but i would be more sorry if i hadn't done them, regret more the things you didn't do than the things you did do. Learn from the things you have done.....You don't want to life your life saying what if i had done it like that or like this..

It's better not to be sorry at all. For that means that you are looking backwards rather than forwards. Any decision you make you need to stick with and take the consequences without wishing otherwise.
Life has it's twists and turns and often when we feel sorry something happened one way or anther it is because we have not come to terms with the past and are not ready to go forward into the future having learned from our experiences.

I think it depends on the circumstances! it is best not to be sorry at all, I guess! Maybe you should tell someone the truth - even if it hurts them at the time, otherwise they might go merrily on, not knowing something they should. Or maybe you should not do or say anything until you have all the facts - then make a move! Easier said than done, sometimes though!

I think it better to be sorry you didnt depending on what your trying to do if its bad be sorry you didnt but if its some thing that cant harm any one or any thing be sorry you did and you might not be sorry after you try it
