Xango consists of mangosteen, which tastes fantastic when eaten as a fruit. Mangosteen is rarely sold in the U.S. It is usually sold in southeastern Asia. Thailand is famous for mangosteen.
I've read this article about Xango. It is very expensive. If I remember, it is about $100 for 4 bottles. (They ship it to you.)
Overall, mangosteen is awesome. But the price is a bit high.
