Just type in "free music downloads" into a search engine. There's many sites, but a lot are for really crappy unsigned artists nobody's heard of yet.

LimeWire .com is the best. If you go there, get the free version. You can get almost anything from there. Also, Bit Torent is very good for getting whole cds at once for free. If you get a form of Bit Torrent, make sure it is Azueres
