His inability to veto Congressional spending bills.
Congress needs a spanking and Bush needs to take his case for lower spending to the people and finger the culprits for the continuing deficits, our lovely and irresponsible members of Congress.

I think it's just the fact that he is such an obvious liar and yet he's been exalted into the highest position of the nation... but the one thing I hate him most for, is the fact he and the republi-cons obstructed the investigation into 911... so it must have been an inside job..
