Could be strep, or the beginning of yeast infection. Eat some yogurt with active cultures a few times a day for two or three days if it doesn't clear up or if it gets worse I suggest you see a doctor. If it is painful it could be something else, there are many things that cause blisters...STD's, Aids, yeast, strep...don't panic though I had this problem just last week turns out it was yeast, I drank an 8oz glass of water with 2 tsps of apple cider vinager, then ate a couple of bowls of yogurt and by the next morning it was pretty much cleared up.
If that doesn't work or if it is painful to swallow, blisters spread etc...get to the doc's ASAP.

Hot pizza is usually the culprit in my case but I would suspect it's something a little too hot you've eaten. They can hurt for up to a week if severe but other than pain there's litt;e worry as the mouth heals rapidly. Grab a Popsicle and call it a lesson learned.
