i hate mascara i have brown hair pale skin and blue eyes

I am a make-up artist. First of all, you are quite young. Stick to light application. You want to enhance your youthful qualities not look older that your age.
A good foundation base for you would be mineral make-up. It is very natural and actually good for the skin. The shopping channel or online or some spas. Jane Iredale is excellent but pricy.
For your pale skin use a very light pink or peach blush. For eye shadow stick with lighter colours. Such as a very light blue. Keep it very light.
I look back on my teen days and my goodness did I look Goddy with all that heavy crap.
You are young and have beautiful skin I'm sure. Natural at your age is better but if you must please keep it light and natural.

Wow, I'm basically the same as you, only 22 yrs old not 13... I wear mineral foundation. It gives you a natural look, ( not cakey, like liquid foundation) . If I were you I would also wear a blush that is sort of a spicy pink . It will give you a nice glow for your pale skin. If you like eye shadow, wear browns or greens, it will make your eyes "pop" :)

Thirteen is still young so i wouldn't recommend wearing a lot of make up right now. Still, a little lip gloss and blush or a dab of eye glitter would be alright. Smiling is the best face lift anyone can get!

Well, if their dad and mom agree of them dressed in make-ups,, so i believe its gonna b adequate, but when no longer, do not, motive its no longer well to betray dad and mom... But, I believe thirteen years ancient is just too younger to make use of make-up, and I believe the correct age is whilst u input The High tuition,, and thirteen years olds can simplest put on make up if they've a celebration, or and many others, however to not tuition.

Maybe a little light pink blush and lipgloss don't go too far with the blush or you'll look like a clown

lipgloss. blue eyes look nice w/a light colored lavender eyeshadow and if you want liner go for grey. these colors make blue eyes look gorgeous. you say you hate mascara, but try the clear kind. for lipgloss, opt for clear or a sheer pinky color. people are gonna tell you you're too young, but if you do it right and practice it'll look nice.

i wouldn't reallyl wear anything....
i think that ur youth will be taken away if u do where any make up...
in other words it makes u look too old
but if u really wanted to...
brown or blue eyeliner...would look really good..makes ur eyes pop out.
