I think I would ask a lawyer and not assume anything without legal advice.

Okay. If you don't want to go to your lawyer who wrote this up to begin with your crazy. That lawyer should do this for almost nothing because he or she did it as part for the divorce which you paid for. I would talk to that lawyer. Your ex would have to pay the fees because she is now in default and can be charged all your court and lawyer cost in the suit you need to file.

Last go to the city/town all land records and put a lean on her house because she is in default.

You are better off using a lawyer to get this done. But the choice is yours.

She may have lose out,that's why you need a lawyer to benefit you.

Apply to the court to be able to proceed to have the deed executed to your name so you can keep it or sell it.
