Implantation happens about a week after conception. So depending on when your period is due you could be having the spotting that can occur at implantation. However if your period is due now it could be a light start to your period, some times though implantation bleeding happens when your expecting your period. If you don't want your husband to find out yet go to the store buy a test and take it in a public bathroom. If it's positive you could make him a special dinner wrap the test and give it to him as a gift.

If you bled then that was probably implantation bleeding if you are pregnant. I had that with 2 of my pregnancies. If that is the case then you should be able to take a test by now, or wait a couple of more days to be safe. Implantation is when the egg attaches itself to the uterus, and the HCG which the tests detect begins to produce.

I don't think you're pregnant, but there are tests available that you can take before your period is due. I found out I was pregnant two weeks before my period was even due.

it's usually best to wait at least 4 days after you've begun missing your period.

You can't test yet it's still too early. I don't think you are though.
