What if that pep that reported that pep gets reported back? hm..? why can't we all be fair and say no bad things? so no one in this world will be reported.

People should feel free to report abusive behavior. Those perpetrators may sometimes feel the need to fraudulently report those they suspect of filing the valid reports against them, but the Yahoo! Answers team is committed to assiting users who feel that invalid reports against them have resulted in wrongful disciplinary action, so I'm not terribly concerned.
