In Southern Indiana, it varies. One of my jobs in an assisted living facility starts out at $9 an hour and at my other job in a long-term care facility starts out at $10.10 an hour. One of my friends makes $12 an hour but it is a privately owned facility.

Unfortunately I am familiar with that choice of work and is completely uterly tired of it. Not that I don't mind wiping butts for a living but it does not I repeat does not pay me enough to do what I need to get done .As far as paying bills , daycare, gas to go to work , and to do a little shopping spree when I like . But anyway that's what i'm doing now and would jump at any other kind of job right now if offered.
