My mom's a nurse. She said that if the OTC is positive then you are almost 98 percent certain to be pregnant. She says the OTC are more likely to be wrong if its negative. Best to call a doc in any case.

I don't think you can have a false positive pregnancy test honey. Only false negatives because the hormone needed isn't detected. You're pregnant!!! Congratulations.

I have 5 kids - I took a OTC test with each one and all were immediately positive - they are 99.8% accurate - Congratulations!

you are pregnant. there are no false positives as pregnancy tests only test for the hormone hcg that is only produced in pregnancy.

over 99% accurate! Sounds like you are pregnant! Call your Dr. and ask for a blood test to be sure!

CONGRATS! My doc also told me that false positives are pretty much impossible. its false negatives that happen
