It is a little scary, but I've seen a lot of teenage boys and girls go through that. I think it has something to do with pint up frustrations, feelings of not being able to communicate or express yourself, and believe it or not even sexual frustrations. All normal parts of being a budding young adult who lacks the words to express the things you're feeling. Just don't actually act out your frustrations on anything living and I'm sure you'll grow out of it. It would be healthy to find someone objective that you feel comfortable telling your feelings to, perhaps someone who will not judge you but will give you a kind reality check. Teens often don't feel they can have this with their parents and turn to other teens. Big mistake! Other teens are neither objective nor in any position to truly understand you (they can relate, but not understand because they haven't figured it out themselves). If there's not a guidance councilor or someone of the like that you can turn to, I'd say it's at least healthy that you've come on here to get a perspective. Why? Cause at least you'll get a wide variety of thoughts on your situation. They may not all be...correct, but at least you know what the real world would think of what your going through...and that is the ultimate reality check. My suggestion as well would be to find a constructive hobby that can take your mind off of things temporarily. When I was a teen, I took up ethnic cooking, and it always seem to keep my mind occupied during times of confusion and turmoil.
I wish you the best, hope you get through this crazy time of your life and can have all the happiness in the world.

That is "normal." I mean, not EVERYBODY feels that way, but a lot of ppl do. I feel exactly the same way as you do. I just wanna scream and rip off somebody's head most of the time, even though on the outside, ppl assume that I'm this quiet, smart girl whose only purpose is to give them the answers to the math hw and will never ever be mean to you. Ooh, the only thing keeping me from kicking somebody's balls is the fact that they would tattletale and make things worse. Like, just now, I had tried to answer a math question on this site and, since i was the only person who answered, the guy chose my answer as the best answer, but then he flamed "WRONG!" Well, sheesh, I wish I could reach into his computer and burn his house down. If he didnt like my answer, then choose "no best answer"! The only thing I can do, really, is swear. That's what makes me feel so helpless. But dont worry about ur urges. As long as you dont act on it, you can fantasize all you want. Trust me, you dont wanna do something out of a fit of anger or an urge...b/c even tho it was so cool in ur head, it ends up being sucky in real life. But you are free to fantasize all you want...stab a few teachers, kick a few guys, break a few girls' nails...just remember it do it all in ur head.

Sure. I used to get them all the time. I found something to do that took my mind off them. Try reading, writing, take a walk, swim, go for a jog, something. Just find something else to do, and if the urges don't pass, find an adult you can talk to about them. They'll probably have some good suggestions or you might have to speak to a psychiatrist.

Yes, it is totally normal. Your body is literally being torn apart and reassembled at the cellular level, so you are entitled to some bad moods. Trust me, once you get into the work force you will want to do that to everybody you work with. Freaking morons.
That said, if you find yourself acting out any of these feelings, or if they disturb you so much they interfere with daily life, you may need to get some type of therepy.

Everyone (even adults) want to cause mass destruction. LOL. However we don't act upon it. Your feelings are completely normal but if you feel as though you must act upon them you should seek someone who can help you and calm you down. If this is an every day occurance you should get your parents and tell them so they can help you maybe get some meds to help you.

I have had these urges. My best suggestion for you is going camping. You can start a fire, stab fish, and all sorts of stuff, but it is more normal their than in the city and suberbs

Its severe depression and maybe some disorders.
You need to seek medical attention before you hurt people and regret it for the rest of your life.
