I am hoping to overall improve my body for baseball season. Does anyone have a good detailed program for what muscle groups I should focus on for baseball?

ok..i'm a sophomore in high school..these r the things that I do to improve my baseball skills..I long-toss daily, run a lot, do exercises focused on ur legs (Dead lifts, riding a bike, leg lifts, etc...) and for ur arms other than long-toss, do curls and Dum bell rows..hope this helps a lot..and good luck 2 u..

do no longer carry weights. once you carry weights you're making your physique much less agile and greater cumbersome. that may no longer what you prefer whilst enjoying Baseball (till you're a extensive DH) do no longer do it. artwork on your cardio and swing velocity rather.

nacnud it got old after u did it 5 times u dont even answer the questions dumbass were cool though mainly arms and legs and work on your quickness.

wrist, for bat speed. and in your forearms for power.legs is a given, you know you have to have power in your legs for running, stepping into the ball, etc. shoulders to asst. in your throwing power.

Tricepts and everything in your upper arm should help your throwing and i'm sorry but I am not sure about everything else.
