is there a business lingo that describes a factory that produces a lot but consumes a little?
Does "high output and low consumption" make sense?
or there is a better one?

No, there is no such company that I know off. All companies consume more than they create. Even in Japan they consume more than they output with normal waste levels. Even a "total green" factory creates waste but the waste may be turned into something else such as energy for a concrete kiln.
