Seriously, is there a type of "dyslexia" concerning numbers and not being able to comprehend well with them. If there is, I might have it.

I'm horrible at math, just plain horrible at it. Out of the 20-something people in my grade who has "Gifted Identification", I'm the ONLY one who has to be in "average" math classes--I even do worse than the average students, getting a B. Is there something wrong with me?

You shouldn't feel bad. I am almost like you, but I suck in English and writing but excell in math.

To effectively study math, you need to do practice doing problems. It doesn't hurt to do extra problems along with the ones in your homework assignments.

Furthermore, keep a positive attitude :)

How much time to you spend doing math outside of the classroom? Math is something that people learn only by practice (There is no royal road to math :). No one is inherently good or bad at math, there are just people who DO math and those who DON'T.

I used to think I was 'bad' at math, until I started doing it. There is only one way to get better at math and that is to start doing math problems - not just the homework assignments - on your own (without getting help from some one).
It might seem difficult at first, but if you persist (that is another
quality you should develop, if you want to be 'good' at math), you will soon start enjoying math and also getting good grades.

Perhaps, this quote will help you see the importance of persistence:
"Would you be disappointed, if it took you twenty minutes to solve a math problem ? Newton took twenty years and he never gave up."
This was from a math text that I used long ago, as the opening of a brief biographical sketch about Newton. I still remember it whenever I get stuck with some difficult problem.

could be your teacher or your effort at trying to understand it; get someone from your class to do homework with for some sessions; sure some of them would not mind if you ask nicely
good luck
