A lot of girls names that seem unisex are actually nicknames; like Pat (Patilda), Reggie(Regina), Robbie (Roberta), etc.
But there are also some names that are just bigender or change depending on the way the name is spelled. Also, I've heard the name Lindsey/Lindsay used for both sexes, as well as Sky.
