The lyrics deal with the singer describing his feelings when his assumed ex-girlfriend calls him. They are both in relationships at the time, however the singer tells of how his feelings are still prominently with her. The song concludes just as it began, with the singer questioning to why she is calling so late.

hes in a relationship and so is his ex and neither of them have moved on! and then hes sayin its hard for him to be faithful with his new girlfriend.. cuz hes not moved on..
