My speakers loud...(music) now I can hardly hear it ?

What happened ?? Last night playing YOUTUBE was loud when
I would turn up my volume, but now it isn't very loud anymore....
Overnight ?? How can I get it turned up again......??

Try Control Panel --> Sounds.. check the Device Volume and raise it if it is too low.. if it is at the right level, click Advanced in the Device Volume section and make sure the volumes are set quite high. Master Volume and Wave is the most likely to be set too low.

The volume control in Real Media Player seems to affects the entire computer, not just Real Player, so if you changed the volume there that might be the cause.

Turning up any speakers to their max volume is never very good, it can not only affect the speaker but the person hearing it too.

You may need to get someone to have a look at your speakers as you may of "burnt" them out - that is, well, in short the speakers working by making vibrations in the air, your could of easily overloaded the speakers (in terms of electricty, and speed).

Try to reboot your computer, (personally i've never seen that one work for speakers but there is always a first time),
Check your speakers are still properly connected to the computer,
Run your forefinger and thumb opposably down the length of the connecting cable (make sure the power is turned off) if you feel a "break" in the cable then the cable may need to be fixed. by a "break" I mean anything from feeling wires to a thin insulation etc.

well go to sound controls in control panel and turn everthing like wave up that should do it but be carefull by listing to music to loud it can rip the coils on the inside of speaker and make disorted sounds if that doesnt work see if connections are solid unplug plug back in and i cant think of any thing else that should work play the same song you played before this happend it could be as simple as a higher sound level from the song recorded that happens alot all song play at differnt base volumes some songs louder than others
