I want to advertise my novel on the internet sites: Yahoo, AOL, Google, etc.

If you want to advertise on Google and wot not. Go to their site, down at the bottom, you will see a link that says, add a site, or suggest a site. All you do is suggest yours. No pop ups though. Those will cost you BIG $$$

You want FREE popups?
You don't just create an ad and push a special button and it pops up on peoples computers when they're on websites...
Popups are run by the people who own the websites, and usually to make money with them. How do they make money? They get PAID FOR ADVERTISING on their site! Nothing is free.
