It kinda depends on how old your system is I guess. I heard that they are only supposed to have a life span of about two years if played frequently. I suggest unplugging it, and plugging it back in if you haven't tried anything else.

hit it once or twice it should work..lol or take a papper clip and open it up but keep a lil bented now slide that thing in and pull it out. it should be out.
