I've heard that past the age of thirty or so testosterone levels continously drop with age. Now we all know that the prostate can enlarge in old age.

Are there any changes to the testes over time (bigger, smaller, changes in structure, etc.......) Does a man's fertility stay somewhat constant? (I've heard of men fathering kids in their seventies....)

testostorne levels do drop.
you could take testostrone supliments.
I dont know about physical changes with the balls though. Your sex drive might drop some thats why i recomended ^

+ stay away from soy protien at your age, with droping testostrone levels the last thing a guy needs is something that increses estrogen levels.

yea, fertility dont change,, you can be a father even if youre 100 yrs old as long as you can ejaculate & have sex.. men continuously produces sperm cell , unlike women if they are menopause already they cant produce egg cell..

it will change in size (bigger) for 40's, smaller or gone if you have prostate cancer or benign prostate hypertrophy (BPH)
