1. See attached....
2. Maybe people don't know you that well. Maybe you should go to some of the houses and introduce yourself.
3. As for diapering and feeding, ask each parent how they want that handled. Usually, I feed my children. As for diapering, you may want to ask your mom for some assistance.... most people are going to want you to be able to change a diaper. Which, is pretty easy.
4. Charging depends on your age and also your area. I pay $5-7 depending on 1 to 2 kids. If there are 3 or 4 kids you may want to do more.
5. If you say you will babysit, you had better babysit....unless something serious comes up. Your friends asking you to a movie is not a good reason to cancel. But, if you are unable to sit for someone call them asap so they can make alternate plans.
One of the things that impressed me the most with a babysitter i once had was that she asked a lot of really great questions.....what settles you son down, do you rock him, hold him and jiggle him, sing .....(he was a baby). Good questions to ask, bedtime routine, etc....

You should start off sitting small children first. About 4 and up. This way you can get a hand on idea of taking care of kids. If you have an old doll go buy some diapers and teach yourself how to change a diaper, your mother can help with this. The tape on the diaper go's in the back , you have to pull off the cover on it { it's like a ban-aid.} then the tape to the front of the diaper and just tape it on. Most people will feed a baby before they go out but small children might be allowed a snack and they will let you know what you can give them. As for bathing they should do that too. Infants can get hurt in a tub or where ever you wash them so it would be best that you leave that to them. You really needed to offer you services to people you know and know you already. Maybe your parents can help you find some people they know have small kids and can past on the word you want to babysit. This way you can use this people as a reference for other babysitting jobs. GOOD LUCK. Ask sonme of your friends around school what they charge an hour for babysitting. I would say at least 5 an hour for one and 10 for more then one.

No there are no games.Maybe no one needs any babysitting. tell your parents to talk to there friends about you taking a class. All you can do is wait, as for a job. Charge like 5 dollars an hour per kid, unless there are like three, then lower the price, momma probaly already has her hands full, lets not make her broke. If something comes up like a movie with your friends, tell them another time, you are gonna have more money after the job, for movies. Practice on a doll or teddy bear for the diaper or feeding. As for the bathing, never, ever leave the child alone. If you need to get up, take the kid out of the tub, and bring it with you. I took a class on babysitting three years ago and have had two customers, one customer has came back everytime the mother needed a time off. Hope this helps! Good Luck!

If its one child $5 dollars and hour. If its more than one child then add a little more on. For my 3 children I usually give a babysitter 10 dollars an hour. Im sure its different everywhere. Just ask around to see what other girls charge. And if you say your going to babysit , you definitley better babysit unless you have an emergency. If you cancel on someone then they wont call you back. I had a girl do that to me and I never called her again. She had gone to the beach instead. Oh and if you havent already then see if you can take some CPR classes. THat will help out too.

What you should do is go to the book store and buy a book for new mothers. That should not only tell you everything you need to know but also have pictures to help you understand it all. As for the babysitting, do you have any family members that you can offer to babysit for free of charge. Or maybe one day while they are home you can "babysit" so they can get chores done or something. That way you'll have a good reference for future clients.

It sounds like you already have allot of info. Since you already handed out flyers and got the word out then there isn't much you can do. Have you let the parents know you have taken classes? Maybe you can vollenter at the hospital and they "should" teach you how to change a dipar and feed a baby. I charge between 5-8 dollars. It depends on the kids and how long the parents are away. Make sure you allways have emergency numbers and know what to do in case of an emergency! good luck i love babay-sitting and i think you will to! ~ good luck~ ♥

You may have gotten the flyers to your neighbors but what about getting the word out there further?? Try posting some of your flyers at a local gym..or church bulletin...or grade school. Ask the people in charge if its okay to post your flyers, i'm sure they wont mind most places like that have community bulletin boards. And dont forget to include your experience in your flyers, including your classes taken etc... the more you can tell the parents to comfort them that their child will be safe the better!!

an basic and exciting theory is to make Pb&J or turkey if the little ones have hypersensitive reactions and characteristic the little ones use great cookie cutters to decrease there sandwiches into exciting fit to be eaten shapes. My little ones consume this one up! yet another theory is to pass to the shop, purchase a pillsbury dough, spaghettie sauce and grated cheese, have the little ones roll the dough into flat around "mini" pizza doughs and proceed from there...the little ones incredibly will consume something that they are able to create themselves. To get them to consume some vegetables attempt infant carrots with dressing, or celery with PB and raisins on good (ant on a stick). wish this helps!
