How do you tell a boy. It is easy for boys they are supose to take charge but if girls do they are to forward. He follows me around but doesn't say anything? So what do I do?

In my opinion, you should definately not tell him. Men like the chase and the uncertainty. They like to feel like they have conquered something. So, smile and flirt and never make it absolutely certain that you dig him. If he doesn't eventually make a move, then you don't want a man that is too afraid to put himself out there.

Ask one of your friends to tell him for you. Or put it tin to a note and have one of your friends give it to him.
