I don't have that problem any more sense I let my ISP automatically throw all my trash mails out. The few that do sneak through I just hit the Spam button and that takes care of any more coming from that address too.

delete it all. no use in keeping junk email. if its something important though i'll look at it.

if your getting alot of bulk thats normal but if its inbox eather your friends are telling every one your e-mail or your e-mail is old get a new one it will last for about six months then it gets old and a lot of places just get it some how
