Well since the Earth only rotates one way all the time the sun will always set everywhere in the west and rise, yet again, in the east.

as long as the earth continues along with its current poles and rotation, the sun will alway rise in what we have accepted as "east" and set in what is accepted as "west" everywhere. all over the earth.
