when all is gone, when there's no hope left,
when there is no one left, nothing to live for,
then why live? what should i live for then?
me?

We live not always for today but for tomorrow. Tomorrow is a mystery, an unopened door and we have no idea what is behind that door. Every day is a new adventure, an unopened book. You should live to unveil tomorrow's mystery. As long as there are people on this earth there is someone left. Hope? Where there is life there is hope. The only time hope is gone is when there is no life left.

Why should you live? Because someone out there cares. I care and others do too. What seems hopeless today will seem so different a year or two down the road.

Life is lived in the mind. You have the ability to live it as you want. If you think only negative hopeless thoughts then that is how life will appear to you. If you replace some of the negative thoughts with a few positive, then you begin to rediscover hope again!

because it always beats being dead and as long as there is life there is hope for a good or a better one ,maybe even have fun

people and belongings are important you get attached to them and may feel terrible if they are gone, but they can be found again ,maybe not the same people or belongings ,but still a lot better than nothing

in the end Everybody is alone,(one may be under the illusion of sharing all of ones life with other people) but this is a reality show and inside we are just living for oneself.

Appreciate the company when you got it
But that is just when you are lucky

,a lot of the time in ones life we can be alone ,and this is often when you are older.

you are now in another part of the reality show ,
but it does not have to be terminal, climb out of it
try looking for fun and you will remember what life is worth living for

Here's some advice: Lighten up. All my life I have overthought everything, asked myself all the big questions, dared to imagine nothingness, moved from hating humanity to admiring humanity. And guess what?! While I'm ruminating and thinking myself above the riff-raff who can't think deep thoughts, there THEY are having a good time, helping each other, plugging away to keep loved ones afloat, laughing at silly things. Now THAT really makes you think - time to lighten up and just see what you can find out about them, about human courage and selflessness. Dig in and help a child, visit a butterfly emporium, skip some stones.

Even when everyone is around,
Even when you have everything,
Even when you are cheerful,
Even when you are only giving, not asking for,
It is the you for whom you live,
And no one else,
Others are just a support, a reason, a cause for you to be,
Now that they have left,
The scaffolding, the stuttering is no more needed perhaps,
And you are ready to spread out your wings and fly,
Deep into the vast space within,
To seek the ultimate freedom from very within !

been there done that. I realized i had made my circumstances and resolved to work my way out into a better way of life. then to condense 5 years, I asked god to send me a teacher, he did, now I know the mind is not for thinking, the mind is for receiving Thought, and one in the world but not of the world should simple adopt the purpose of serving God in all that we do. I pray you know this is so you will wake up and turn to God,I pray you find that his hand is leading you on your pathway. LOVE

God can be a close friend if you need one and don't sound so depressed because if your purpose in the earth was finished you would have been dead already and not on yahoo asking questions!!!!!!
