I've heard that black people supposedly have some sort of enlarged tendon or something that's supposed to be the reason that there are so many top class black athletes. Is there any truth to this or is this just some myth that came about as a result of white people feeling inferior?

Wow, quite the question I must say, I'm sure it wasn't intended to offend but to some it may. It is completely and utterly false, and there is no logic to it whatsoever. It is somewhat of a manner of natural selection though, yes. Muscles and the nerves that innervate them all develop based on previous generations. All of the mitochondria, the cellular components that make all of the energy in muscles is passed down from your mother. This is the basis for why some people are naturally more gifted athletes than others. Training can play a huge role in your speed, strength and skill as an athlete, but there are intangibles. You have to remember, humans are animals as well, granted the most intelligent ones, but animals nontheless, and we have figured out that the strongest and fastest horses breed stronger and faster horses when they are mated. The same with race dogs, and the strength of draft horses. So why should it be different for us? Coming back to your question, it has nothing to do with skin color, but everything to do with genes, training and knowledge of a particular sport (not a tremendous amount of hockey players of african descent). Black versus white versus brown versus yellow comes down to one thing...the amount of melanin (pigment) in your skin.

It is not true. Every individual's tendons are of different sizes depending on your frame size, although the difference is not huge. Enlarged tendon, such as in the ankles reflects a hypertrophic tear usually the result of an injury from running.

Black people run faster because of their genes. The blacks have a higher proportion of "fast-twitch" muscle fibres and more testosterone than whites, these advantage a black individual to run faster than his/her counterpart. Despite this genetic advange, an untrained unfit black person is unlikely to run faster than a trained fit white person.

If you're still striving to improve you're vertical and you are trying to get your hands over the wheel, put Vert Shock to the check, an application you will think it is here https://tr.im/1XqIt  and give it a take to, you'll be surprised of how quickly you can become a creature hopper in the event that you prepare the right way.
This system won't cause you to leap tens and thousands of instances since Vert Shock was made and utilized by true elite level basketball players.
When it comes down to it, in the event that you genuinely wish to leap higher, you merely discovered the very best system on the planet to accomplish so. Any other way would merely be considered a spend of time.

As I have heard it is true. The Kenyons are the best runners. The Africans can run faster because they are built to run. Long, lean, longer leg bones and bones that are lighter. They can fly like the wind.

Why is this? If it because we are white that we can not run? God made their bodies better at running to survive. In Africa you have to run to catch your food (wild animals), and run from the animals. Doesnt it just make sense that they would be faster on their feet?

God also made their skin black so that they are protected from the strong African sun. Us white folks would fry like a fired chicken. We would have to be covered at all times and still could get burned. Black people who have many generations in the US or other cool climates have lighter skin. And blacks who live here do not chase down there food and so they have muscles which weight more and so it slows them down.

Hail to our differences, it makes us a great nation, even in sports.

Well, there's no doubt that we've ALL got to admit that there is one glaring physical difference between (MOST) whites and (MOST) blacks that stands out (ALMOST) every time we get a chance to compare them - (and MIGHT have SOME bearing on contrasting inter-racial athletic prowess...)

I refer, of course, to the (REAR) protrusion of the buttocks - which, almost invariably, seem noticeably more developed and extend considerably further in Negros, when compared with those of (ALL) other races - NOT just whites...! - (including Australian Aborignes; whose avarage skin colour is arguably the darkest of any race on the planet)

The buttock muscles are like coiled springs and must be quite crucial to speed - since anyone can appreciate the massive contribution their own buttock muscles provide whenever flexing their legs... and most notably while walking or running...!

How do you think of they have been given nutrition and water? That wasn't cooperation? additionally, as i've got pronounced till now, the pigment of your dermis does no longer make certain your intelligence. yet narrow-mindedness is one greater concern that's save this united states and it extremely is people down.

Genetics and Natural Selection.
The tribes in Kenya for generations used to walk / run miles every day to follow their cattle. Hence the best runners could keep track of the livestock and hence they lived and procreated thus passing on their good genes. = Natural selection. These physical charactoristics are still in place.

Meanwhile the rest of the world sat around more and did not stay in shape. Hence we have been out evolved by the Kenyans. At least in terms of winning golds at the olympic long distance events

DMA dude -

You've touched the Third Rail of Death. To think that differences between races go beyond skin pigmentation and hair type is to ask to be beaten senseless, and fired if you're a TV commentator.

No one will give you a straight answer on that one, not because of scientific uncertainties, but because the question is soooo loaded. Imagine if we found out that white guys really can't jump?

Usually, that is too long for me. I consider it depends on the guy as well as his face though. Certain guys can pull off long hair and other people can't.
