There not bad but u do need to clean them off every so often if u have quite a few they can take up the space of ur computer. Go to Program files and it will have a cookie file just delete them the disk clean.

Cookies allow the site you are visiting to load faster and retain your preferences/settings. They take up almost no space on your hard drive and have more benefits than faults. If you wish to hide your tracks then you will want to delete them. Otherwise they are a good thing :-)

YES and NO

I had a friend who learned how to steal cookies off computers. It basicly worked like this he would send people to a link with a fake site with code that would get the cookie to download. This dosen't really help much unless the site stores passwords in the cookie or I guess you could clone one on your pc that already kept the information form the orginal site in it to gain access to a account on that site.

cookies take up space and some cookies are spyware

Not really but just be sure there is no chocolate in them because the heat will melt it.
